MOOOOSE . help!

My husband has some moose meat that he wants me to make for dinner tonight. . .

I've NEVER cooked moose before. Hell, Ive never even eaten it before.
Anyone know how I can cook it, recipes, etc?
It's cut into steaks I think. . .

Maybe season it & broil it in the oven like u would cook a normal steak? i have no clue lol.

I didn't know people ate moose! haha I'd cook it like any other meat. Grilling meat is the best way to bring out all the tasty flavors. Maybe that would work...if it's not too cold out.
