Left handed?

So when do you know which hand is their dominate one? My daughter is 16 months old, and for about the la st 3 months sheuses her left hand most often! I have also noticed her eye-hand coordination is much better with her left hand! Do you all think I have a lefty?

i think so.. my daughter is only 9 1/2 months, but she has favored her left hand over her right for quite some time. though she uses both.. but say if i lay a spoon on her highchair try, she will reach for it with her left before her right.

I'm wondering the same thing. Owen is the same way at 20 months.

I know they are! I just automatically try to put things in her right, cause I am a righty! LOL!

My son is 21 months and uses his left over right.
apparently i did too until i was 3 and now I'm a righty.

My son is 29 months and still ambidextrous. I noticed that he was drawing and "writing" with his left hand more recently, but still eats with his right... although it does switch often, still.

I am too, i ws a lefty 'till 3 then a righty.
I can still use my left but have always favored my right after 3.

My brother started using his left hand more dominantly at 3.

I don't try to my mind just goes to the right! She won't usually take it with her right, she will just reach across!
