Could some one help me please ?

I am 31 weeks pregnant and I went to go to the bathroom (pee) and when I wiped there was a very tiny bit of pinkish blood , what does that mean? I'm really scared.

Could be your mucus plug

I would probably guess some of your plug.

sounds like some of your plug. Sadly no more relaxing baths ...due to risk of infection before you give birth until your 6 weeks PP

did you get an internal exam recently? if not, I'd call your midwife and ask if you should come in or not.

Does it maybe mean I'll be going into labor soon? It's happen once before

Not necessarily. It can grow back if it comes out.

I had that when I was around 32 weeks...it ended up being nothing at all, I wouldn't worry as long as it's not happening repeatedly.
