Do you find this strange?

 

I think its really great they can all get along and he can be in her life. My family is weird like that too, exes and new wives and husbands all hanging out but it has made it so that we can all stay close and was really easy on us as kids that the family wasnt all broken up.

it is a little strange that his ex wont let their daughter see her fathers side of the family

I find it wrong for her to control the situation like that but if it works for them to each their own

i think that she has no right to do that and if a judge ever found out about it would not go in her favor. That poor girl having to deal with this and not know the rest of her family. She will grow up to resent her mom for stopping her from having any connection with her fathers family and probably even more mad at her dad for not having enough back bone to fight for her rights!

I find it strange   

My mother and father stayed friends for my sake, but my father never spent all day with her and her new husband, crazy.  

We seen my bil and his ex at the school carnival. He didn't even introduce us to the daughter. He talked and asked about the kids and all that, but I just think that it's crazy that he'll do whatever she wants. Maybe I need to make some sort of an effort. I'd like my kids to know their cousin, especially since they're in the same school.

eta... The mom never introduced herself or anything either, so I didn't even get to meet her.

Oh gosh, if I didnt kick my son's father out of my house, he'd stay here all day long.
We get along really well and it doesnt bother me that he sticks around (untill he helps himself to my pantry and eats all of my Cheez-its!)

Yeah, kind of wierd. There seems like there's got to be more to the story there!
