Eating healthy

So I'm trying to eat healthy for the baby and I so I'm not a ballon after pregnancy haha I'm trying not to give into cravings, sometimes I might but I will portion it with limits. My weight pre prenancy was 165 I am 5'5 1/2 feet tall. I had alot of muscle too. I haven't gained much weight yet but still trying to eat right like for breakfast today I had two eggs, nothing on them, just plain and a whole grain slice of toast with vitamin D enriched butter since with this pregnancy I'm having a hard time with Diary products, and for lunch I'm going to have a chef salad. Tonight I was thinking some hamburg and rice. Anyone have some good advice for eating really healthy?
