help please

my mom bought a play pen at a gargae sale and its really cute but it doesnt havve the bottem of it like the pad thing.. im trying to find the model number on it but i cant.. i can buy replacement parts online but i have no clue where the model number is, can anyone help me locate it, its a graco the small sides are green,blue, brown, and white plaid and the big sides have like deffferent animals on it..
