Quoting aleman*chamorrita:“ oh ya.. TMI but when I had bad roids and had to make a bowel movement the whole time I was thinking "I'd rather be giving birth and whoever said giving birth was the worst pain ever was so wrong "lol”

I went natural as many others on here did, I didn't even have an IV in, I expected it to be farrrrr worse then it really was. The 36 hours of contractions were not pleasant but actual labor wasn't too awful. I'm going to go natural again this time. Once it's out the pain's over! I felt great!! No side effect from any drugs or anything! Good Luck momma!

Honestly....my first I never felt any contractions, but when it was time to push it hurt badly!!! I didnt think I could do it.
The second I felt bad contractions and wanted the epi, the epi was great, and everything was fine after that.
My third, the contractions were HORRIBLE, and I wasnt allowed to have an epi, pushing hurt badly too, and my son was small because he was only a 28 weeker.

Labor was nothing compared to healing with those dang stitches!
Was induced. Had all back contractions. But then when they got unbearable I had epi so strong it pretty much made my entire left leg dead and i didn't feel to much. Just pressure. I think the most was that i panicked when i couldn't catch my breath in between pushing. But all in all, not nearly as bad as i imagined. I would do it again.
Stitches though, since they had to cut.....evil satan things! I cringe when i think about them.

Quoting his wifey, their mommy:“ Pshhh, my labor didn't hurt at all. The only thing that hurt me was when he head was crowning. As soon as I got her head out nothing hurt. No, it did NOT have any drugs; epi, NOTHING .
Same here   And she was 7lb 11oz

The stitches are really bad and healing from them. That first BM hurts! I also got hemorrhoids and they sucked. Still kinda fighting them after 3 months. Do they ever go away?

Thanks for all the replies mamas
Also for being so honest, I don't want anything sugar coated, I wanted to know the harsh reality and you guys gave it to me.
It was interesting readingall yourlabour stories.

Im just so curious cause I really wanna go meds-free but after hearing so many painful labour stories Im having to think twice. Im gonna hopefully be using a birthing pool when I go into labour and Iv heard thats meant to be so soothing.

However after hearing about how much you mamas LOVED using an epidural, I think Il be opting for one of those , they sound like a god-send lol.
