Playtex drop in cereal nipples, any1 used them?

F these things. I bought them because my son gets cereal in his bottle at night, drs orders. and i cant even get regular formula out of the nipples WTF! My son just sits and screams. And theyre supposed to be for cereal!?? Theyre Y cut and everyting.Anyone else had this problem? Anyways, im calling Playtex and demanding a replacement!

Never heard of them. Can you just cut the hole a little bigger?

I always just made the hole bigger with a knife hehe... worked for me.

How much cereal are you putting in there???
I had to put a litle bit of cereal in my son's bottles and we just used the regular playtex nipples no problem.
Maybe try mixing the cereal in breastmik instead of formula.
It takes a lot more cereal for the breastmilk to thicken!!

I just used the regular nipple.
Cereal didn't really help my daughter all that much though and we wound up progressing to spoon feedings really early.

I didnt even try them w/ cereal bcuz the formula couldnt even go thru! I dont breastfeed, havent for 7weeks. I use the ventair fast slow for feeding him cereal but thought this would be better, apparently not! And i tried stretching the hole, didnt do much.

Just use a reg. nipple. Works a lot better.
Those things suck.
