i was always told dont hit a man and if you do basically dont bitch when he hits you back. so im not a hitter. i hit my husband one time and thats cause i just had a baby a few days before and he was being really disrespectful and i hit him in his face and it shocked him so bad hes never called me outside my name since. but that was mainly my out of control hormones. but anyways i bring this up with all the rianna post cause i heard she hit him first and i dont know why she is the victim if that is the truth.

Well it seems he may of taken it a bit far though. A hit is different than a punch in the face.

Yeah..I guess I never really researched it myself either. I hate em both anyway.

i had heard that she hit him first, too, but she left NO marks on his body and he brutalized her face. I mean, if we are going for the "eye for an eye" thing, he WAY overshot that. If she hit him, and he hit her back, yea, thats....more understandable. but he kept going, know what I mean?

I think if I hit my husband I would expect to be hit back, but not beaten repeatedly and unrelentingly.

i believe it is a natraul reaction. nobody really knows what happened between them but if anyone hit me my first reaction is to hit back. and depending on how pissed off i am depends on when i will stop. idk, in the heat of a argument id imagine he was already pissed and when she hit him he just blacked out and reacted without thinking. no its not right but i think its understandable.

Still should be punished though. If you hit your kids in the heat of the moment and leave a mark you will possibly get them taken away.

I think its maniacal for a woman to think "just because men cant hit me I can hit them" with no rebuttal.
If I punched hubby to really hurt him then I hope he would defend himself and not just take it. I doubt I would ever do that because I cut with words like butter. Hopefully he never does anything to cause me to act out in a wild rage.
