registry...AHHHH!!!

did anyone else know that target only updates their registry every 24 hours?? what the fu*k? whats the point of that....did anyone do a target resgistry and get a bunch of duplicate gifts? im already bad at accepting gifts from people, now at my shower i get to open duplicates and feel all bad. ugh. that sucks.

anyways heres another question. did you guys put both a cradle swing AND a bouncer on your registry? and do you really use both? my brother is getting me the bouncer and i dont know if i should put the swing on there too?

just be thankful people are buying you stuff to help you out. If you get duplicates you can exchange. I used both a swing and a bouncer for each of my girls but it all depends on the baby. Some love both, some hate both, and some prefer one over the other.

I got a swing and a bouncer. My son slept in his bouncer for the first 3 months and then the swing for 2 months.

i say take full advantage of a registry. when i made mine i thought i was asking for too much but hey the more you have the better lol

I got duplicates of everything from my Target registry, and they only keep your registry for 90 days past your due date, so if you get something you don't need/use you better return it immediately! I got stuck with a cribset I'll never fucking use because we don't even own a god damned crib.

Yes, I'm still pissed.

i am thankful, thats not what im saying. i dont want me AND THEM to be embarassed about duplicates cos i would be if i was them. but im weird i guess.

theyre so frustrating. but if you add new items, those go onto the list right away so people can see it to buy it. target needs to get their money you know!

I registered there too and I didnt realize they only update it every 24 hours! oh man, but yea if you get duplicates just return them ASAP!

hahah i got massive duplicates and just got store credit for them yesterday, i just felt bad when i had to open them in front of everyone, haha i know that is part of it...it just sucks cos they are all excited that they got that thing, then its like ohh cool 3 other people got her that too...
