OMG, I want to cry!

IN HER TODDLER BED!!!

I'm gonna cry! Haha.

So ladies, about how long did the full adjustment to the toddler bed last? Chelsie took forever to go down tonight, but now she is out! I keep checking on her, have a gate put up in case she does some midnight wandering, and the baby monitor set up. My baby girl is growing up!   She's 19 mos.)

19 months, eh? My son is 19 months and I'm getting pretty close to putting him in a toddler bed too. I'm kind of hoping it can wait till the Christmas holidays when I have a bit more time...

lol. you are brave! I want to get my daughter a bed! buuuut Im a chicken! and I seriously, just dont trust her!... haha.

I want to get my daughter in one hopefully by 16 mos.

But awwh cute, they grow so fast

We're trying it out a bit early. I want to get her adjusted to it before the big move in February. ;)

But I'm just so shocked that she took to it as well as she did! I feel so happy and sad all at the same time.

Haha, I don't really trust Chel either,   But that's what the gate and baby monitor are for. I just hope she doesn't destroy herself before I get to her in the morning, haha.

It took my son about a week to adjust to the toddler bed. He was used to standing up in his crib and grabbing the rail, so he kept trying it in the new bed... and falling out.   But yeah, only about a week.

Thanks! I put my mattress right under where she would roll out to, so hopefully there won't be too many ochies with this.

haha well, her bedroom is downstairs, and ours is on the mainfloor.. soo yeah if she escaped I'd be sooo screwed. I wouldnt hear it!.. we actualy dont use the living room upstairs and are always downstairs in the rumpas room.. so we plan to convert the living room into a nursery/bedroom for our daughter and the new one...So they will be upstairs with us and i can hear whats going on.. lol

I switched my daughter into a toddler bed at 12 1/2 months and she goes to bed so easy. I lay her down, turn her music on and she goes to sleep. Doesnt try to get out of bed until morning. Although she has fallen out of bed a few times but so far only about 3 times a week. She doesnt wake up and we just lay her back in her bed and she continues sleeping
