Ovulation Strip Question

DH and I bought a box of Ovulation strips for this month. There are 20 strips in a box and the thing says to take them from the day you stop your period if you have a cycle less then 35 days.

But, it doesn't tell you if FMU is better, or what?

Can anyone tell me what the best time to test is?

I know it has to be done the same time every morning, but should I use my FMU, or should I wait and use urine from later on in the day?

You should do them twice a day so you dont miss your LH surge. Try to do one in the early afternoon, around 1 or 2 and the second one about four hours later, around 5 or 6

You're not suppose to ever use FMU for ovulation strips. Your body starts making the LH after you wake up. I have heard a couple hours after you wake up is best.
