What are some affective ways to teach your baby sign language ( son is 8months old)

do you reccomend any dvds or specific signs i can do with him?

baby einstein dvd called "baby's first signs". taught my husband, my daughter and I all we needed to really know, and she loved watching it. it's only about 1/2 hour long. she does awesome at signing!

Agreed! My LO's teacher asked if I was signing to her and I can't say if I do consistently but they swear she does it daily at school. We love the Baby Einstein video because it's pretty fooll proof.

i absolutely love it. we don't watch it anymore, just because we don't really need to, and holly got bored of it after a long while! lol
i didn't know any signs before we started watching that. she can do every sign on that dvd, it's amazing. i wouldn't of been able to teach her if i didn't have that movie, so I'm super glad we got it!
