i work at a call center n i have to call people by their last names.. This guy called in with this last name (koch) the other day.. When i asked him to verify his first n last name he spelled it out, so i had to ask him to pronounce it. Good thing i did bc it was cook!!! I almost called him Mr. Cock!!!! And for some reason we have a lot of members with the last name weiner or wenie! I sometimes ask if i can call them by their first name, bc i get all immature n giggly.. lol.
