mummy in may:they look bigger because it's not just plastics etc made into a diaper, plus, they're made of fabrics etc so they're a little bulkier but I don't mind  
yes Charlie would just pee or poop right on the fabric. you can buy disposable liners if you want to flush the poop but that's only good if it's solid. With this diaper you just put an absorbant insert inside it and the cover on top so it doesn't leak. you should check out this forum for more answers http://forum.baby-gaga.com/about293271.html

RIP ivan daddy: i cute out the pattern and then stitched them together then stitched the elastic on, flipped them inside out and top stitched it. if you google Rita's Rump Pattern you'll be able to download it

LePandaLani: Lol no, I'm No expert, but I've been sewing since I was little and I enjoy it among other crafts. I make mei tais and slings too lol and my own wipes...idk it makes me feel good to make things for myself and others.
If you feel comfortable with a sewing machine then I say go for it! It really wasn't that hard, the hardest part was the elastic because you have to pull it so tight. You could always give it a shot or have me make some for you lol.

aw !   jacey wouldnt go to sleep for nothing earlier.. shes finally taking a nap. she been staying up for a couple of hours at time now.

it's so funny, like when we have a night where Charlie goes to sleep late, or wakes up early or whatever I'm so tired and then I realize I am sooo lucky because we never had problems with Charlie sleeping except for the first couple weeks.

I know what you mean. I feel bad for my friend, Katie. Her son is a week older than Jacey is and he's only sleeping every 2 hours where as Jacey sleeps every 6-7 hours then every two after that. (9p-3a then every two after that)

Charlie goes to sleep around 8 then sleeps til 630ish and goes back to sleep after we feed her til like 9 it's awesome
