a tad bit frustrated.

Today I went to the drs and she checked me again. Now I'm 2cm dilated. She said to expect my LO really soon, before his due date, which is great news!! She also told me to expect to bleed and have cramping from her checking me. Last week after she checked me, I had like a light period for 2 days and a bit cramping, but not too much. Today I'm bleeding more and cramping a whole lot more and I'm confused b/c she said to expect it but idk how much I should expect. Im frustrated b/c I hear about so many ladies going into labor and the only sign they had was some mild cramping. What if my water doesn't break and I don't get there in time enough b/c I don't know the difference??
Also, I'm group B strep positive so I was already stressed out about getting to L&D with enough time for them to get the antibiotic through my system.. I'm so confused and idk what to do. I feel like asking if I can rent a room at the hospital so that I'm already there if anything lol..(can someone actually do that?)
ugh. and that's basically it.

these last few weeks you never know what can happen!
My DR told me I would go early then he said right at my due date. He checked me on a monday told me it looked like I would go another two weeks. Guess what I went into labor two days later!

You will know if your water breaks. If it doesnt break you dont have to worry.
You will know when you are in labor.
dont stress.
seriously try to relax and enjoy the time to yourself. You will never have this kind of time alone again!

Thanks! I really do need to just relax. Maybe these fake cramps will go away if I do. I hate dr's inaccurate predictions! lol
