what is normal?

i am five weeks pp. exclusively breast feeding. i starting running again at three weeks b/c my doctor gave me the okay to, and i've felt fine. my bleeding stopped at about two weeks, no bleeding at all for a couple of days, and then i started to bleed again...not heavy but like a very light period. then after about a week it stopped again and i haven't been bleeding for awhile. a couple of weeks. now i am at five and a half weeks pp and i just went to the bathroom and i am bleeding again? again it's not heavy...just like a light period..and i've had a little bit of cramping but nothing really noticeable or painful. is this still lochia bleeding or maybe my first pp period? or should i be worried? my six week pp docs appt is on tues...

i am still on and off bleeding so i suppose its normal... imalso almost 6 weeks pp

okay...thank you b/c just knowing that makes me not so worried. i'm like big ocd so i kind of obsess about things.lol

Its normal to keep bleeding on and off
my bleeding stopped for a week
then i got what i thought was my period
but then i didnt get one for 6 months

so it wasnt it
