So are you on temporary disabililty then?
I would think that anything that is yours is better than nothing. It would be great to stay at that house. Ask his parents if they are serious about selling. If they aren't, try to get a rent agreement with them. This way you can get at least a year lease or something until you get back on your feet.
The expense book will help you both reach your goals. Babies are super expensive and get more so as the years go on. The sooner you both get a good spending habit started the better off you will be.

yea its only until after the baby is born..im going back to work whenever i can..i work nigths my bf works in the day..
yea he is trying to talk to them.. i told them it can be up for sale and not sell so maybe we dont have to move..but i shuld no more after thanks giving thats when there coming with someone to appraise the house to see how much its worth

Uhm, excuse me, but we need food stamps and the amount they used to give us wasn't enough. And I'm not the only one who does it so don't jump down my throat. There are people applying for them and selling them for a quick buck, what about them?

The amount they were giving you wasn't enough!?!?!?! Since when is it the tax payers responsibility to feed you? You should have been grateful that they helped at all! Itis there to HELP not completly provide. If your family was buying generic and healthy food instead of soda, chips and candy it would have gone further. I am pissed because your family has been LYING FOR YEARS. Looks like you have never skipped a meal! You could stand to do so. Mooching off the system is not cool in anyway shape or form! OP~ please excuse and forgive my rant at the self proclaimed "glamorous mom". I get angry when I hear someone abuse the system because they are too damn lazy to provide for themselves when I know of several people who really need the help.

I'm glad that I have held a steady job since I was 13 years old so that I could overfeed someone illegally. Awesome. I felt GUILTY when I signed up for Medicaid because I know there are other people who could probably use it a little more than I can, but guess what? I'm a SINGLE MOM working 2 jobs and a full time student to make it work for my baby on the way and I. I feel like I DESERVE the help. Hell, I've been paying into it for 7 years now. Shame shame shame on people who abuse the system. Must not be that hard up for cash if she's got the internet going on. It's a LUXURY. I wouldn't have it if I didn't live with my mother (where, by the way I PAY RENT). It's despicable.
