I know in LA they have caseworkers who check every year to see how much he's making and he has to pay child support according to that. I don't know about anywhere else though. And I haven't had a chance to do it b/c we are still married, but I'm taking advantage of it when I get the chance!

When he was still in the Marines he was paying me 2,000 a month which was more than generous. So I really don't see how 375 is askign too much. I'm not asking for $500 a month, on top of splitting daycare.
