back pain...

i have the worse back pain...this is my third pregnancy so i knnow that it comes with being pregnant but usally i did not get back pain till the last couple weeks but i am only 22 weeks and it is almost unbarable .... does anyone have any advice on what i could do instead of pain meds....i rather not take anything .....any info would be awsome ...
