Yeah, I def know where you're coming from. I remember telling myself that I would love to hurt DH the way he's hurt me just to have that 'upper hand' but with time, I've let that go. I was so spiteful when it was all happening and still fresh in my mind. I've learned that I need to forgive him to give myself a better life. Carrying around all that anger is like drinking poison everyday. I can def identify with you.

I thought I was such a weak person to stay with a man that had hurt me so terribly on more than one occasion. I learned that it takes guts to stick it out and give your relationship a shot even though there's been mistakes made. Now, if the relationship involved any kind of violence, I couldn't have stayed. Luckily, DH isn't dumb enough to take it there.

Yea their has NEVER been any kind of violence . It's simple things really like I think we should be sharing the responsibility of our daughter and we don't . I do everything for her . I wouldn't trade it for the world it is just frusturating sometimes and now it is to the point that I don't trust him with her because he has never had her alone . I don't know how to explain it .

Well, if you ever need to talk, I'm here for you love. Like I've said, I've been in similar shoes and it's an awful feeling. But I'm proof that it can get better with time and patience. It most certainly won't happen overnight. But you both have to want the same things and be working towards the same goals.

Other than that , how have you been ? It's November already I cannot believe it . My friend just said 4 months until your little girl turns a year old . Time freaking flies girl!! My son will be 3 next year and I look at him and wonder how the hell it went by so fast. I still remember when he had no teeth and was throwing up all his formula all over me. lol I haven't bought formula for damn near a yr and a half. It's crazy. I'm ready to have this baby though. I'm getting to that superrrr uncomfortable stage where all I wanna do is eat and sleep, and with a 2 yr old, it isn't happening.   But your lil girl is getting to that fun stage where they really get their personality. It's a joy to watch them grow up.

Excuse me for intruding on your conversation   But I just wanted to say, my boyfriend and I were not together throughout my pregnancy or for the first 8 months of my daughter's life. When he started talking to me and talking about getting back together, I made that man PROVE himself. We shared custody of Violette and slooowly eased back into a relationship. Now we've been together for almost a year and our daughter definitely changed him for the better. I hope your situation turns out well. Good luck.
