Overwhelming ammonia smell in urine!

My son is 5 and wets the bed often. Sometimes I can't keep up with the pee stuff so sometimes things get stuffed in a tub and don't get washed until the next day! Lately I've noticed that the stuff that doesn't get washed right away has an overwhelming ammonia smell to the point it gives me a headache. I know urine has ammonia in it but is it normal for it to be so strong. He is not dehydrated this kid drinks more than you can imagine. I do limit his liquid intake after 6pm. Any ideas?

No I'm just wondering if I missed this before and it's just normal if it sits. I'll call the dr I just hate to take him in if it is nothing. I just took him in for his yearly!
