I'm almost positive no. Because you just buy it online, not by a prescription.

I got pregnant on the mini pill and Implanon has seriously screwed me up.

Its $485 for just the contraception version (the ladycomp) The baby comp is like $615.... I thought it was incredibly cool till I saw the price.

It was my fault though. My daughter was only nursing like twice a day, so I knew it wasn't as effective as it once was.

I bled for 6 months straight and gave me stomach problems. I now bleed for 3 weeks and get a few days to a week off. I've gained around 12lbs, but I'm hungry ALL THE TIME now. I have lots of headaches too.

I don't know if this is from the Implanon or not, but I'm hypersensitive. My husband can give me a light tap anywhere and it hurts me.

Also, just so you know, bleeding as much as I did is rare. And they can give you a pill to stop the bleeding. Which I just found out about last week. Sure would have been nice to know during the 6 months of bleeding.

I really would try it though. Everyone else who I've talked to who's had it, loves it. Except for like 2 or 3.

i would like too too but its so damn exspensive. maybe i should switch BC my son only eats maybe 2-3 times at night only 1 to fall asleep and then maybe 2 during the night depends on his mood though.

wow hun im sorry that must of really sucked i hope i get a period soon i havent had on in almost 2 yrs it will be 2 in feb. because i found out in feb 08 that i was pregnant and havent had one since jan 08
