What is the BEST method of birth control?

EXCLUDING- the pill, condoms, vasectomy/tubes tied, not having sex and depo shot. I'm on it right now for about a week, and I'm already having so many side effects.
What is a great method of birth control that doesn't have as many side effects (I'm well aware all of them do)
I'd really appreciate your opinions.

You should look into LADYCOMP its hormone free and 94% affective or Fertility Awareness

my friend got an iud and it moved inside and she had to get it surgically removed
