I have a 27 day cycle so according to that I will hopefully not get AF on the 18th. I got my surge yesterday. Will I still be able to test on the 14th, 4 days early? I am confused, but my cycle is the same every month.

I never test early. Only because the positive lines can be so faint. Don't know about digital tests. Hope all goes well with you though *baby dust*

I tested 6 days early with my son because hubby couldn't wait and got a BFP. Don't know how that was possible, but we could see it clearly. Maybe my body produces more hcg or something.
