Quoting Meg ♥ [Gleek]:“ I had that seat and it gets tight enough with the latch and without it if you're installing it correctly.”

it is different for every car. I have installed it easy in some and not at all in others

Quoting Baby Maker:“ Use just the seatbelt, i hate the latch on cosco seats. Put the seatbelt thru the belt path and click ... [snip!] ... That should get it nice and tight so it doesnt move. You also cannot use the top anchor strap on those seats rear facing”

Thank you. I did what you said but it is still a little loose. Also, The car seat is p;aced in the middle, I read it's the safest.

I'm not saying it is an easy install. I'm saying it WILL install without having to use both the latch and seatbeat.

I had no issues and I've put it in a few different cars.

You may need to try it outboard. The middle is technically safest in general but with a rear facing baby any position is safe since RF offers more protection. Also try getting hubby to pull on the seatbelt while you put weight in the seat

Quoting Ethan F's mama:“ The seat has not been crash tested with both latch and the seat belt. It would be better to use one or ... [snip!] ... and you should take it to a police department and ask a certified car seat technician to install it correctly. Good luck.”

Thank you, I think it'd be the best if a technician do it

I just looked for it online. It's cute, I'll talk about w/ SO. I really liked the one we have, it had good ratings though

I have the MyRide for Kailee and we absolutely love it.

It is a "bigger" seat. But I have it RF in the middle of my back seat and can fit an infant carrier on either side of it, so it isnt "that" big.

The newer 50lb one is better than the old 40lb one, but I just think for the money there are much better seats out there...Keep playing with it though, you should be able to get it in

I know you said you didnt go out with her like that, Im glad lol cause you need to move her straps down a slot RF they have to be exactly even with or below her shoulders. You also may need to take those comfort pad off the shoulders so that you can move her chest clip up where it is supposed to be it is really low in those pics other than that looks good!

You may want to try installing it with a rolled up towel under the foot too for a little more recline, looks a little too upright for now. When she gets older that recline would be fine that is how my 2yo seat is, but for a smaller baby a little bit more recline is better
