Keep saltines and water beside your bed, before you even get out of bed in the morrning have a few saltines and sips of water. Something in my stomach always helped me.
Also, lemonade and ginger ale work

preggie pops! ginger ale, never eat alot at once, but make sure you eat a little bit every couple hours.Things like crackers and dry bread. I had it pretty bad. GL!
