Not my dream home, but well worth what we paid for it!

ohhh I am SOOOO jealous!!! I can't wait to be able to move and buy a home. We're getting ass-raped paying ridiculous rent for our tiny 1 bedroom apartment just b/c ofwhere we live. U of M is a very good school but Booo I prefer the spartans

We pay $2000 rent here in CA, so this is a NICE drop in our cost of living.
I don't think it's real hard wood, it's laminate or pergo.

I grew up in Utah....and lots of snow, but I hear these Michigan winters are brutal!
