People piss me off...

This post made here really pissed me off, I'm just fuming.,.. I don't understand why people have to be so ignorant and so well plain stupid..

Wow, may I say this topic, is competely and totally stupid, and uncalled for... Honestly Mindy, if you were that concerned with your son, having a mental disability I doubt you'd be on here asking, you'd be talking with a peditrician immediatly.
As for saying retarded, wow, it's just plain rude and hurtful to mom's on here with children with disabilities, and no I don't think it's anything compared to calling someone who is overweight, obese or fat.. At least that person can change, mentally disabled people can't just "run it off".
It's fine if you'd call your child that, because he's your child, but as he gets bigger and children picked on him and called him retarded and hurt his feelings, I think you'd rethink what you were calling him.
IMO I think you need to get a life Mindy, and take some classes on CLASS! Our get a fucking thesaurus and find a better word for mentally challenged people, rather then retarded. Grow up.

Honestly, its just a word. I dont see how people can get so worked up over a word, but whatever. *shrugs* I guess it must be important to some people.

I just can't believe some people.. I absolutely hate that word.. And then she sits there and defends it, and talks about how if her son was "retarded, she'd have no issue calling him that..." I was like wow, you'd deserve to get your ass beat.. I mean seriously? Who says shit like that? Or acts like it's the same thing as an overweight person being called obsese or fat? It's completely and totally different! IMO
