I would just give him lots of hugs and attention. Unless he seems uncomfortable I wouldn't do anything. Keep an eye out for a temp.

EDIT....If you want to unclog his nose though I'd try boiling some water in a tea pot of just a small pan (pour the water in a cup afterwards) and let baby breath in the vapors. A t that age I wouldn't turn my bathroom into a sauna like I would with older kids with stuffy noses.

Hey mama,I don't think you can give babies as young as ours anything but infant tylenol, but thats if they have a fever.

I don't know anything about home remedies. But it could be an ear infection, they come along with a head cold.

I would get a humidifier for their room that will help with the stuffy nose and coughing. That will also help your little one sleep at night. Also sitting inthe bathroom and turning the hot water on, the mist with help his cough and breaking up whatevers in his lungs. Hope this helps

Suction his nose..or you can use saline nose drops (completely safe) and a humidifier! Other than that he's too little for any meds!

Ah I see. Then don't kiss on him but make sure to wash your hands alot. You can still cuddle him just try keeping touching to a minimum. Sorry if that sounds barbaric. I don't recommen not holding a baby so young but in this case I would try not to do it so much.

You can't really give them that age anything and I'm not into meds anyway. I don't even give my 2 yr old meds...not even tylenol. Well if he is in pain or really uncomfortable I'd give him something but otherwise I don't.

this is what i do too. the saline drops seem to work pretty good to break everything up and then its a lot easier to suction out

My pedi always told me to use a humidifier and you can put the vicks in there. It helps also if you keep them elevated when they sleep it helps too.

Humidifier with mint or cant remember the other scent for his nose to clear up
Or go with him to your bathroom..close the doors and let the hot water steam up the room to help too.
