so we're on the final leg of going up w/ a rolling update of new features that you'll be able to get on your profile and for the forums (they won't be automatically added, you'll have to earn them).

one new feature i've just finished the design for is a profile tracker which will let you know who's recently visited your profile (in terms of other members).

in addition, when you get the profile tracker you could also opt to not show up on other people's profile trackers.

or to only show up on your PT friends profiles.

well, i've been thinking about it and i'm not feeling so certain it's actually a desirable thing. but that's not for me to decide anyway.

I think it will cause more drama, honestly.

I don't like the idea of trackers and never have. I think it is something BG could do without.

I don't care who's looking at my profile. And I don't care who sees me looking at theirs. I avoid drama. LOL

I think it would be neat but it would probably just cause more drama.

It'll probably just cause more drama... knowing who visits your profile... good idea but people go over the top.

Hiding option is a bad idea imo. Stalkers will still be stalking and the point of a tracker is to track who is going to your page.

I think it will start drama, and people will take it way too literally that people are "e-stalking" them. I think it's invasive. I don't want to know who is looking at my profile. Lol.

I don't see how it would cause drama. I mean, I guess anything can cause drama from time to time in BG world..but really, if you are going to start drama over a profile tracker then you have way too much time on your hands..
I think it's a really good idea, and I am all for it!

If you can block it anyways, it might not be necessary? I don't personally mind if people look at my profile... I don't put anything there I don't want anyone to see.

I am curious about the earning thing... how do you earn stuff?

I say YES but ONLY with the option to not show up on other people's trackers if you don't want to. That way, the people who want everyone to know have the ability and the people who want to stalk in secret have the ability to! Everyone is happy!

I think it would be kind of neat, like a way to let someone know you've visited them without having to leave a comment. But knowing how some people are on here, it'd cause a heap of unnecessary drama.

If you can opt out of showing up, I don't see the big deal.

Make it anonymous so there is no drama? Not like SHOW everyone who's on your page, just the profile owner.
