Weight gain

So I am already a lil bit over weight for my height. I weigh about 175 pounds and I'm 5ft. 6 in. I'm just wondering what exercises I can do to keep my weight down and not gain 50 pounds from this pregnancy. I know that the average weight gain is goin to be 25-30 pounds but I really dont want to get obese from this pregnancy. I already feel like I'm getting to be to big for me. Is there any exercise or tips to help matain the weight during my 1st trimester.

maintain a healthy diet and eat enough calories. The same exercise you did before pregnancy is safe to do during. You could run 5 miles a day until the day you give birth if you wanted to. just be sure to not cut calories.

Ya I havent done anything like that. I just have been eating more healthy.

walking is a good way to stay in shape during pregnancy- it also helps with labor

Ya I've heard that. I'm going to start doin that everyday now after work. So that way I stay some what healthy and in shape.
