snow & strollers

posted 6th Nov
I don't know what I'm going to do when snow starts coming..
I don't drive, and my only mode of transportation is walking.

I live close to everything.. mall, groceries, bank etc..
but my friend told me it's extremely hard to get anywhere with a stroller in winter.

Please don't snow!!

I wouldn't even try it.

Get a baby carrier and bundle up extremely well.

I used my phil and teds in thr stroller and a differant jogger I had. I do think a stroller like Graco would be very hard to use in the snow.

forget it, i'd never use a graco in snow conditions.

i have a bumbleride queen b, and a bumbleride indie. both come with nice warm, footmuffs that you and bundle blankets under, and also weather covers (clear plastic, so baby doesnt get wet). if you're going to be walking all winter i'd look into getting a better stroller. try craigslist.

If you can afford a new stroller then I would get one. The baby trend jogger would be ok for it. I love my phil and teds and bumble ride has a few good ones listed below. I also loved my dreamer desgin that was my other jogger before my Phil and teds.

i have a bumbleride indie (jogger) and bumbleride queen b, and they're both excellent in the snow, sand, rocky/uneven ground, etc. they both come with awesome footmuffs that you can stuff blankets under to keep your kid nice and warm.
