Moms, I need help/Advice

Ok my 5yr old is in a preschool, the same one since she has been 3. Just recently she is having problems, they switched head teachers so she got a new teacher. Well since then she has been coming home acting strange. I ask her how her day was and she says "fine" thats all. Well she was telling me about a little girl named Jade that all they do is fight and sometimes Jade hits her. I asked what she does when she hits her and she told me "I tell the teahcers but they dont do anything." Well I went to talk to her teachers about it, they were already gone for the day. So i asked the teacher that had her if she knew anything and she told me Marissa and Jade always fight but I dont know how they are in there class I know when they were in my class I just didnt let them play together.
Ok, fine. So the next day her teacher pulls me aside and says her exact words "its Marissa's fault, she is bossy and manipulative, Jade dosent do anything to her." "If Marissa dosent get her way she fights with Jade and they fight"
Ok fine, I know my daughter is a little bossy. Actually I wouldnt call it bossy, she is just a leader. She is strong willed. I have talked to her over and over about this, and told her your not the teacher you cannot tell the kids what to do and if you do then no one will play with you. She understands this. Well just yesterday she came home crying saying that Jade is telling all the girls not to play with her, so she has to play by herself. WTF? Why is it ok for the teachers to right away bash MY child when Jade is obviously doing shit too? Does this sound like favoritzium?
I need advice on how to deal with this, Im having a meeting with her teachers in 2 hours. Anything will help.

i wouldnt know what to tell you,maybe take it to the principal? either way you need to let them know thats not right and if that was my daughtr and a teacher said those exact words to me id probably flip. let me know what happens since im kinda late so your already there!!

you could always go over her head. principal councilor any one who will listen.

Girl Im aorried...get on FB...I posted something on there for you. Rissa is just a leader and those teachers are being blind!! Its never just one kids fault...Im coming to NM to beat the HELLA outta Jade!!! Wat a lil BIA!! Id go to the principle. Tell them you know Rissa is a leader and may come off as bossy bc of that and tell them what Jade is doing and the teachers are singling Rissa Out. Its not right....UGH...Im PO'!!

I hope you got it sorted, The teacher should put a stop to this before it develops into something more serious - I know they are only 5 and kids are kids - but bullying can start at a young age. Teachers should have strategies in place to handle this kind of thing. And as for who started it - this shouldnt matter - they are the teachers and during the time in school they should deal with it - you cant do much when you are not there only talk toyor daughter at home.

But i cant stand that when chidlren tell others not to play with them grrrrrrr!!!

It would be best to keep them seperated for the time being and I am sure they have helpers in the classroom so have a few eyes to keep the situation under control x
