American Cancer Society =)

My Gramma and Grampa are asking to me acknowledge their gratitude to the American Cancer Society for the assistance they've been given during the past month.

Week after week after week, lodging was provided for them. Without this help, it would have been much more difficult for gramma to continue chemotherapy at the amazing Mayo Clinic. This wonderful kindness shown by the American Cancer Society & hotels in the Phoenix/Scottsdale, AZ area can only continue through the kindness of others & by paying it forward. Please honor/memorialize and donate to the American Cancer Society.

Also, if you have a loved one who needs cancer treatment, they are a great resource!!!

My gramma looks pretty good for having late stages of pancreatic cancer!

I work with cancer patients every day (and with an ACS liaison) so I agree, it's a great resource. And your Grandmother looks great! She must be recieving quality care!

& Mimi, she's getting non-FDA approved clinical trial drugs. She's doing very well. It's just too bad that she lives in Las Vegas & drives down to Phoenix, AZ every week. It's a 6 hour drive each way, which is a long trip for anyone...Nevermind someone in their 70's! What do you do?
