The Princess and The Frog controversy!

Ok i am sooo annoyed with all the critics saying "its sooo racist!!"
he IS a black prince wtf. black people dont all look the fucking same. he looks like my cousin IMO who is all black! (i had to take it down, sorry ladies no more eye candy!)








BUT i am annoyed that i see NO publicity for the movie. the fuckin tinkerbell str8 to DVD movie is getting more commercials than this!!!!!

I thought he was supposed to be like, creole or something, not black. But I do agree with the no publicity thing. I've barely heard anything about the movie. I don't know if race has to do with it or not.

I think the controversy is that every other race has their own princess except black people. And when they finally come out with a black princess, she doesn't get a black prince.

Isn't he supposed to be Hispanic? That's what I thought I read a while back.

If no one had told me, I'd have thought he were hispanic.. I thought he had a french accent? Wouldn't that mean he was creole?

I haven't heard that but I've seen the commercial on the Disney channel for it. IMO the black princess is by far the prettiest of all the Disney princesses.

He does look white =X

I seen equally the amount of commercials for both... even though i RARELY watch them... im always fast forwarding.. lol.

You know I saw a preview for this movie last week for the first time...
I thought it was neat, I liked the Princess and the Frog story, I don't know why it hasn't go any publicity, it seems like a Disney movie from back when I was growing up before they got dumb.

ive seen 1 sign in the mall for this movie, other than that ive seen no advertising whatsoever, i didnt even know that it was playing in the movies yet!

i thought he was creole too but according to various articles its bad that he isnt fully black. altho since the story is in LA creole is a very relevant race to black people. *shrug* JMO

I personally can't wait for the movie to come out. I got my daughter a Tiana babydoll for Christmas and she's probably going to ask me what princess she's supposed to be

Some one told me he has black parents, looks white and speaks with an Arab accent. I wouldn't know though because I haven't even seen ONE preview for it. Does any one have a link to one? I am looking for a movie to take SyFy to and I was thinking about taking him to this one, but I want to see the preview/s first.

he is creole, but so what, pocahantus got a white prince and no one is mad about that!
