What are you buying your 1yr old for Christmas?

Jett will be a little over 16 months by the time Christmas gets here.. I have no clue what I wanna get him. His dad's mom just asked me a week ago what I did and did not want him to have and I couldn't think of anything. I told her to get him whatever she wanted to basically.. Now that its getting closer and closer I'm starting to think I should have something in mind that I can be saving up some money for. He's only one so I don't have to get him a lot of little things to make him feel like he got a lot since he wont really know the difference. Besides I'm sure the rest of my family will get him plenty of nice things. But I want to get him at least one special thing this year.
So I wanna steal you guy's ideas... lol. What are ya'll getting your toddlers!

I'm getting him some more board books, he's been running around the house with the few he has flipping pages and babbling to them.. I also wanna get him a chair or toddler couch of some sort. Maybe some wooden cars, some blocks possible. I'm going to get him a clippo set. Daniel wants to get him quattro lego blocks (they are four times the size of regular legos... Like Duplo but Duplos are twice the size of regular lego blocks)

When my daughter turned 1 i get her lots of things that made noise but at the same time taught her stuff. Like books that read to her, got her a push toy (that you sit on) etc or just get him stuff that he/she needs like clothes, shoes, night clothes, socks either way they dont know the difference but anyway your child will like the paper and boxes more anyway though lol Oh and BLOCKS my daughter still plays with blocks and she is 2, see n say with animals on it, anything that tells them ABC's, learning dvds (blues clues, dora, deigo etc) tool set that you can hit the tools up and down i guess i could go on

My daughter will be 21 months. So far we have gotten her a tractor with trailer and farm animals, a sit and spin, some little stuff for stocking stuffers. My mom has her a play kitchen and great-grandma has her a shopping cart. She will get more stuff but not sure how much more considering her room is too crowded as it is,lol!
