You can call 911 from any phone, connected or not.

lol ya its a safty thing if your travleing and you get in too a crash you can still call for help... or if you are home alone with no home phone and some thing happend you can still call for help but the only two number you can call are 911 and 0

OP: Thisis funny. My son (18 month old) called 911 on the house phone a couple weeks ago. He was blabbing away and I took the phone and hung up. I got a call back for them and they were like, is everything ok?? I was like yeah, my 18 month old got a hold of the phone. Man, they are lil stinkers I tell ya!

my sister called 911 once and her and my other sister were fighting on the phone she the 911 girlthougth som thing was wrong and sent a cop car out too the farm i dont thing daniell will ever call 911 again

I called when I was a kid and was so scared that I hung up. I wanted to see what happened if I had called.

So immediately the cops showed up, an ambulance and fire truck. My mom was talking to the police officer and I was scared shitless. I kept denying it LOL

When my brother and cousin was 3-4. They took maxi pads and stuck them all over the walls in the bedroom. They called 911 and told them someone was trying to get them and they didnt know where they were. Hahaha! I bet my mom was soooo embarrassed.
