40weeks and need help!

So I was wondering what the mucus plug looks like. I have heard that it is clear and looks a lot like boogers. I've also heard that it's a yoke type mucus...Ive also heard that some women dont even notice when they loose it. Can anyone help me out? I am 40 weeks and 1 day and have been losing some creamy white stuff the last 24 hours... is this my mucus plug?

never noticed mine.... but i think it is supposed to look like snot but like chunky-ish?? i dunno about creamy though, i think that is normal during pregnancy

usually it has some blood in it.

but what i did when I was 40 weeks was went on a long walk and jumped around and stomped(my water was bulging)

i never noticed mine either i think if it was a major deal the doc would say something but i would imagine with how far along you are you prob already have lost it and just didnt notice and weird discharge is normal during pregnancy

From what I understand it's supposed to look like snot lol..mine looked like a bloody booger...sorry for that haha, but not everyone loses theirs at home, some lose it at the hospital..AND you could have lost it and not known it too  

Mine looked like my vag sneezed.

Literally it looks like a loogy,.. or like a giant snot. its kinda yellow with some brown or pink. it is sticky.. i have to wipe like 10 times to get it all to come out.

very gross.. i think if you lose it youll know it.

oh ok. I had thought it was supposed to be boogie like but i wanted to make sure. Thanks a lot ladies. Someone else said that the white creamy stuff could be an infection... i think i will call the doc and see what she says. thanks again

I remember for the last couple weeks I was really "juicy" lmao down there...
my doctor said it was my body getting ready for labor
