Hmm...I have no clue then. Poor little guy
Hopefully you get an answer and something to help.
Just try your best to break the fever.
Ethan had swine flu back in May and his fever was between 103-104.9.
But his Doctor told me since he already had it, he probably wouldn't get it again. Your body builds up immunities when you're sick. Keep him super hydrated and the alternating between tylenol and motrin does help.

Thanks. I think I am gonna take him some pedialyte popsicles. His mom is not around so I try to make sure he has what he needs but my son is just 13 months and I'm learning as I go with him.

Pedialyte is good. Cut out any dairy( you probably know that too)

Just do bland meals too until his sore throat is gone.

Pedialyte, Jello, Gatorade, Chicken noodle soup (or just the broth), regular Popsicles. Anything that is liquid if he will take it.

And if he throws it up, that's fine because he definitely got some.

Keep an eye out for signs of dehydration. That is the most important thing you can do.

My LO got so sick and had a high fever for 3 days. The second she showed the signs of dehydration from not taking anything that I offered, I brought her to the ER got her hydration and she got better within a day.
