OMG! i wake up like 4 times a night and my hips are killing me! its almost un bearable! lately thouigh it's been forcing my body to sleep on my back. that's the only position i can sleep in without feeling like someone is burning my hips alive!! anyone else have this problem? any solutions? thanks!
Well me and sleep have pretty much Broken up because between the hips and my lower back hurting I'm sure I'll never be able to sleep more than 2 hours at a time ever again. My stomach also stays constantly hard now while I'm sleeping and thats really freaking me out. Ive been putting ice packs on my lower back and I think it helps some psychologically at least LOL
i have the same problem ...my solution was sleeping on my side but with and extra blanket between my legs; a pillow wasnt enough support 4 me
but it was like im sleeping on my side but w/ my legs open so my hips have more space rather then having the crushingfeeling / i also tried sleeping on my back but that was a deadly !! from my triplets taking up lung space i could barely breath.
---;but i knowhow u feel; waking up from being n so much pain my doctor also said that it was normal but if u ask me it sure dont feel normal

Me too...I use a memory foam one because it's really firm and that helps. Otherwise, if that doesn't help, i just prop up five pillows and sleep sitting up with a blanket behind my neck for support, haha.
