Wow mama I just read your story, I'm sorry for your loss. That was an amazing way to tell the families.

MY GM called me 2 days after having sex and asked if i was pregnant. I told her no then told my SO what she said and he got me test every day. 2 weeks later i got my

I had this happen to me with my oldest, I was soooo pissed. So when I found out that I was pregnant with my first it was a total suprise, she couldn't have been more UNplanned. I was actually getting ready to break up with my then BF and go to Italy (I'm in the Navy). Well I had to go to medical on the ship to find out and the biggest mouth on the ship found out at the same time. Well her BF worked with my BF and she had already told him about it. He was on his way to tell my BF when I intercepted him and quickly told him on the ship that he was going to be a dad. It totally sucked!!!!! By the end of the day the entire ship new I was knocked up!

I called Chris on the phone because I couldn't wait til he got home since I tested early in the morning. So I called and said, " Are you by yourself" and then blurted out" I'm pregnant!". I miscarried 5 days later, but the next month I called and all I had to say was, " Are you by yourself" and he knew what I was going to say.

My then b/f now husband worked overnights and i took the test after he left. When it came back positive i wanted to do something cute so i took a white tank top and wrote welcome home daddy in marker on it. When he got home the next morning i sat up and he saw it and kinda gave a weird smile and then got it and and started grinning real big like are you serious it was funny. We still have the shirt too.

I got my positive in June so I got him a new daddy fathers day card. He must of stared at that card for 30 seconds...then he looked at me like..what?

I took two tests, and put them in a bracelet jewelry box with a HUGE bow and a card. I was actually diappointed with his reaction.

"Really!?" *heavy sigh*

Even though we were trying! I broke into tears and locked myself in the bedroom for hours. Later he explained it was just a bad time, he had a bad day at work, learned he might be getting a pay cut, wouldn't be getting bonuses anymore and I just hit him when he walked though the door. When I told him I had a surprise in a text he said he wasn't expecting that and it was like a brick hitting him in the face.

My advice, test the waters before you surprise him, probably a one in a million you hit him at a time like I got my hubby lol.

He did get excited he was just worried about providing for her, he LOVES his little princesses

Hubby was outside with the boys playing so I walked outside with the test in my pocket sat at the picnic table with him laid it in front of him and was like Surprise!

My husband was with me for my our frist child. I took the test and set it down on the night stand and said im sure it did not happen because we did not have sex near my O date. I went to put my pjs and and he said the test was broken because it looked differant. It had 2 lines and he had no clue that was a postive test.

With our next I want to get a outfit or onsie put it in a box and lay the test in there. My daughter and I may meet him for luch at his office and tell him there or wait untill he gets home but im sure I will be driving the 2 hrs to his office to tell him because I would not be able to wait.

He called my mom to ask where i was and i answered his phone and told him i was at the doctors and he said why are you sick and i was like no.... he said well why you at the doctors i was like well talk about it later.

but when my mom was preganat with my lil brother she had me draw a picture of my family and her "new baby" and we put it on the fridge and my mom told my dad to go look at the picture i drew and pay close attention to it
