I'm so ready to be out of this stage. I love the fact thatmine is independant, but damn sometimes I just want to hurry up and get things done. It kills me when I have to sit there and wait for the 10 minutes it takes for her to do it! But then like your's mine gets very upset when I do it for her.

I will definitely be Christmas shopping alone, but we've been going down the toy aisle pretty often lately since my son will be 1 in less than a month. I like to see what he reacts to & is interested in. At first though, I couldn't even show him anything because my daughter was "I want this!" "Ooooh, can I have this for MY birthday??" "Get me this for Christmas Mama!" So I essentially told her to keep it all in her head & tell me later when we are making Christmas lists.

My 2 year old those that. I think i'm gonna put the movie on tonight just to see his reaction. He also gets his vocabulary from his 4 year old (possessif of everything ) brother.
