I'd call just to see what the doctor thinks.

A month before I had Matthew, I got the stomach virus. I could not keep anything down or in. I finally went to L&D and it is a good thing I did. They had to give me an IV because I was dehydrated and so was Matthew. His heart rate was really high because of it. That may be happening to you. Go get it checked out. Better safe then sorrry.
