Here's my labor story. I went to the doctor yesterday and he said I was 3.5 cm and he also stripped my membranes at 2:00 p.m. He told me to expect some bad cramps from this. At 4:00 p.m the cramps started, and by 7:00 p.m they were a little worse, but nothing I couldn't handle. Well about 9:00 p.m they got really intense, like knee dropping. I tried taking a tylenol and a warm bath and nothing was working. I got the sense that they weren't cramps, they were contractions. So I had to get my stuff together, and my dh packed some things and we finally headed up to l&d at 10:30 p.m. When I got there I was 8 cm, so she rushed me to a room and got me hooked up to an IV. I was not able to receive an epidural, which I was not too happy about. I was in so much pain. Well by 11 pm I was fully dilated and ready to push, and by 11:35 p.m, she made her appearance. It all happened soo fast, but totally worth it.  

ETA: She weighed 5 lbs 15 oz and was 19.5 inches long!!

I forgot to put that. She was 5 lbs 15 oz and 19.5 in.

I had to have the whole bag of IV in me before I could receive it, and obviously didn't make it, lol

Congrats! I have to say I love the way you spelled her middle name. When I got the epi with my son, I had one bag of fluids and they wanted me to get the other bag of fluids before I could get the epi, so she turned it on really fast and it felt like a rush of cool liquid the whole time, so weird, anyways, I usually dont' hear of anyone else having to get the liquids first, good to know I'm not the only one.

I didn't know they could speed up getting the liquids inside of me, or else I would have told them to do that, lol. And thank you!
