Yes Maam-I never get sick of the firsts.I never ever wish the days would get shorter(although some days I am happy happy at bedtime) and I always remind myself how lucky I am even when my 12 month old is throwing fits, or my 5 year old thinks I am mean because I won't let her eat chocolate for a bedtime snack.Kids are great!!!I am happy you are loving it!

That never stops either. I still perfectly remember finding out i was pregnant, finding out i was having a girl, being half way there, the night shewas born, her first bath, those "do i know what im doing?" meltdowns, her first smile....everything like it was yesterday and now, her first birthday party is in less than a month

I know, i still vivly remember those 2 little pink lines, telling my husband, getting my bump, ultrasounds, everything...i loved being pregnant (even though i had a textbook "horrible" pregnancy) i was so thankful for everyday, even the bad ones.
Thank you, she's getting huge. Everything is all ready to go for her party, there are going to be 75-100 people

WOW!!!! lots of people! That'll be quite a party! Oh no why did you have such a horrible pregnancy? I was lucky, mine went very smoothly, no complications at all.

Yea, it's gonna be busy! =)

Yea, i had TMJ, high blood pressure,i was high risk so i had 3-6 drs appointments every month, and from 7 months on i had 2-3 a week. They almost had to take her at 26 weeks because my bp was so high. I was on bedrest from about 14-34 weeks. I also had a loss of spinal & brain fluid (they still don't know exactly why)...at 37 weeks they saw that she had stopped growing due to a worn placenta (from the high blood pressure) so i was induced at 40 weeks, after 26 hours of labor i was dilated to a 9, i got ready to start pushing....and my cervix started to swell down on her head (andd the cord) so i had to have an emergency c-section.

But after all that, i would do it all over again in a hearbeat.
When i was 15 they told me i would never be able to have children, so for me, i was just so thankful for everyday. I'm not saying i didn't complain, but i was still thankful.

Wow that had to have been so hard! Yikes! You had to see the doctor ALL the time! And I thought my labor was long when I was induced!  You definitely win though! Haha! That's a miracle that you were able to have her after them saying that you wouldn't be able to have kids. How wonderful! Are you planning on more?

Yea it was alot, but it was so worth it for her. I remember after they told me i couldn't have children i heard a girl in my obs office bitching about how much she hated being pregnant, i almost flipped on her, i remembered thinking that i would give anything to be her, no matter how "hard" her pregnancy was. So when i got pregnant i was just happy i got that chance, no matter what came with it.
We would like to have two more, but my dr told me my body can only handle one more pregnancy, and even then it will be risky.
So we want to, but it's dangerous. If i have the same problem with the spinal fluid it can be fatal. So we still ahven't decided. So right now we are happy with her and we will just see what happens.

Wow that really is a miracle you were able to get pregnant. I would have flipped on that girl too if I were you! Some people can be so insensitive. It really rubs me the wrong way when people treat their pregnancies as such inconveniences. If they didn't want to be pregnant there are measures that can be taken to prevent that. But even if it was unexpected, why treat it so negatively? Idk it's just a pet peeve of mine. Your little girl is gorgeous and if you end up having another I wish you the best of luck and a smooth pregnancy!

I completely agree, i always think "if you didn't want to 'deal' with being pregnant....then don't do what leads to being pregnant" it is such a gift, and there are so many women who can't get pregnant and would kill to trade places with the girl with the worst pregnancy in the world.

Thank you very much, she's such a sweetie.
