Confusing

Ive been with my SO for 3 years now and he is amazing! he is so excited about his lil boy. i mean he cant keep his hands off me he tells me im beautiful every single day he makesthis pregnancy a breeze for me but eres the thing he is 20 yrs old dont have a drivers license a diploma or nothing he has always worked but he got laid off a year ago and collects unemployment..well here it is 8 wks before the babys due andhe has 5 weeks of unemployment left... he hasnt put out 1 job application or anything i try to get him to go to FREE GED classes but he refuses i have asked soooo many times for him to get his license and he doesnt want to. its like hes stuck in a hole he doesnt wanna do anything for himself he lets me buy whatever i need he jus bought me a new car and everything but he doesnt wanna help himself any suggestions

I don't know, tell him you don't want to be with a drop out deadbeat?

tell him you want to have an ADULT conversation with him. don't yell at him or pick a fight. just tell him how you feel. try to get it in his head that he is going to be a daddy and he needs to take some responsibility.

they are extending unemployment (seen it on the news tonight)... but not an excuse hes a grown man who is able to work so imo he needs to... just sit down and have a grown up conversation with him. Tell him that you think he needs to do it for his son!
