Bowling in Pregnancy

So my family wants me to go bowling with them and I'm unsure I'm 40 weeks and 6 days pregnant
Do u think it will be ok to bowl..Would it help kick in labor??

Eh, no harm in it that I'd see... as long as you don't use a 20 pound ball or smash your stomach with it

It might help kick in labor. I went bowling every weeked up into the induced me with my first.

Omg why doesn't that baby want to come out???lol

I don't think it would be a problem but I'm not a doctor.
 

Couldn't hurt to try, just don't strain yourself.

I used the super light ball.... but I usually use the super light ball anyway.

i bowled my hole pregnancy just use a lil ball

you should go maybe your water will break or something exciting like that!!! Mucho labor dust!!!!
