It's being honest.
They have known each other for one year. KNOWN. Not dating. Whole other ball park.
She is 20 he is 29.
TTC after 3 months of dating sounds, not to be rude, desperate.

Take it one step at a time. They have never even lived together before. Another whole other ball park.

I would never EVER buy property with someone I wasnt married to. Lots of potential legal issues. I also wouldnt TTC with someone I've only been with such a short time either, but you're gonna do what you're gonna do.

from persona experience i met had a baby to and married the father of my kid all within 2years and it didnt work out.that fuckwit walked out on me a few months ago. and i never ever EVER thought that day would come. my fucking bad for trying to help.
