weird question.. (always )

So i just misscarried sorry this is going to be kind of confusing

My last period was Aug 19th I was supposed to start Sept 26. But i started 2 weeks late and only bled for around 3 days... 2 weeks after this i was spotting and took a pregnancy test, it was positive and i went to the dr's and all that good stuff.. checked my levels they were low and dropping so i had an ultrasound and there was nothing there... so i'm assuming the 3 days i bled was when i lost the everything..

my question is i'm not even sure if mark and i had unprotected sex in those weeks between but could i had gotten pregnant even though my levels were so low and dropped from around 57 to 38 in three days... they didn't do a vaginal untrasound just a normal one and he said there was some extra "stuff" in there that didn't belong.. i hav

the only reason i ask this is because i've had heartburn the past two days and that only happens when i'm pregnant.. i feel dumb saying that because all of my pregnancies have ended in loss but that's all i can think of...

so timeline : (i'm crazy you don't need to tell me)
AUG 19: LMP
SEPT 26: Missed period
OCT 10- Started bleeding for 3 days
OCT 22-27 .Spotting Positive test on 22
OCT 27- Ultrasound no baby just extra "Stuff"
NOV 3/4- Heartburn

yes,you could have gotten pregnant. It happened to me

I miscarried and my HCG levels dropped like that but I bled alot more. I bled for like 2 weeks and it was heavey and painful.

You would have only been about 5-6 weeks. they couldn't have seen anything on a regular u/s. I know, because when I went to the ER i was 6 w 5 d, and the doctor tried.

but to your question on could you have gotten pregnant. idk. sorry. i suck.

Ok maybe I read that wrong, but I got pregnant right after I misscarried. I didn't know I had b/c the doctor that did my ultrasound said I hadn't miscarried 

But I had miscarried,and thought I hadn't so had sex and got pregnant again.

I don't know if that helps,but that is what happened to me.

well he said that there was still a sac 

but i think i was in the process of miscarrying,and it probably happened after i left the ER....i was spotting a little but not too much and they had told me that was normal 

You could have had a m/c and thengotten pregnant again. have you tested lately?

No i was going to test today but i couldn't find a test, i thought i had some stashed but i guess not lol

i go back to the dr's tommorrow for my results from my last blood draw (oct 27) So idk i think they'll tell me my levels and they wanted to test my thyriod from that blood draw too so we'll see what happens

In order for you to ovulate your numbers would have to drop below 5 in order for your body to know it is no longer pregnant. I miscarried July 31st and est ovulation was August 17th and got a BFP August 31st.

Sometimes it's common to lose a twin and keep the other.

yea i thought that at first too,but i had different due dates. it was all so confusing!

Oh I see. I lost twins and had to be tested in case there were more. There wasn't. Loosing a child is ahrd no matter how far along you are. Once you know you've had a life inside you they stick with you forever. My twins angelversary is November 16th. And my third angel baby's angelversary is February 6th. My son Gage was born exactly one year later on the 6th.
